About The Opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst provide leadership and overall responsibility to Business Projects, managing the execution and delivery of one or more IT projects, working on cross functional projects and multicultural teams, ensuring the achievement of customer satisfaction and Driveline's business objectives. They are members of a high profile IT Team.
SAP Administrator Responsibilities
Monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting SAP
Architecting the Environment: identify resources (such as personnel, hardware and/or software) that are needed for successful installations and upgrades, as well as to keep up with future use patterns.
Implementing Best Practices: streamline these tasks to promote efficiency and ease of use.
User administration: fulfills user and role management requests, provision roles to new hires, rescind permissions for leavers, and managing SOD conflicts between roles.
Managing SAP Transports: test transports before being migrated to production. Review transport requests, configure and test transports, gather signatures and install transports in the correct order.
Scheduling Background Jobs: schedules, runs and monitors jobs understanding impact on system. Monitor system logs and resource utilization.
SAP Tuning: review system performance, user demand and other factors.
Disaster Recovery/High Availability: responsible for system backing and restoration management. Responsible for testing the backup systems. Currently the system is hosted off site, so the management and monitoring are in conjunction with IBM?s resources.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution, delivered on time, quality, product cost and budget of one or more IT projects
Responsible for the definition of IT Improvement projects working closely with Functional Champions in defining appropriate IT solutions and facilitating the development of the project business case and sign off the agreed customer specification.
Accountable for the successful functioning of the SAP system including uptime, performance and general system KPIs.
Own relationship with system hosting provider including weekly reviews, project leadership, system transport requests and all other activities related to the hosting relationship.
Coordinate the project team, including Function and IT experts. Using the Programme Management approach kick-off meeting to ensure that all relevant information is reviewed by the core team, including approved programme targets, specific customer requirements, tool & process deviations, previous concern history relating to the systems and tools.
Accountable for progress of all Project activities, including Action Lists, Risk Management, Change Management, and Lessons Learned through the IT phase gates to ensure approved targets are achieved.
Overall responsible for ensuring that a comprehensive Risk Management plan is compiled & maintained as an active document which takes account of previous concern history and other risks identified from other functions.
Identify training needs required by end users to support safe launch and rollout of the relevant projects and support Functions champions in the delivery of the training.
Responsible for the Management of the IT customer interface for the respective projects to ensure GKN business objectives are met during launch.
Accountable for setting up an appropriate regular steering mechanism to sign off key project milestones through the life cycle of the projects with appropriate levels of management.
Facilitate a proactive planning process with the business through regular Steering Meetings with Executive stakeholders, Senior Management and IT and execute project to the plan within defined time and budget parameters.
Team members of complex and high profile IT Team.
Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry IT practices and mindsets
Mentors those with less experience through informal channels and supports development of people in the function
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in Leadership role.
Responsible for communicating when there is an issue affecting the Environment, Health, Safety or Quality to his / her respective Manager
University Degree or 5 year experience on similar position in another business or 6 years experience in GKN in roles with high interaction with IT projects
Working Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Project management
Working experience in the Automotive industry Experience of database development (e.g. SQL, Progress , Linux) Knowledge of Cognos or BI Tools (e.g. QlikView, QlikSense)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
