About The Opportunity
To provide supervision, leadership and escalation point to the SQAs during their day to day challenges with supplier complaint management. Represent SQA internally and externally to cross functional leadership
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the work load of the SQA, provide technical guidance, resolve technical issues and wow issues with QEs, Buyers and customer requests.
Act as the point of contact / escalation for the PUR and cross functional leadership
Lead the creation of Quality Systems standards as they related to purchased parts
Identify training needs for the current employees, seek to absorb the customer requirements and changing best practices in the industry into the SQA Wow
Re-balance workload / part numbers / suppliers as needed to maintain morale within the team
Create and distribute reports that show supplier performance as relates to quality and delivery every month
Manage supplier escalations, emergency issues as needed
Provide guidance to the SQA team on Stage D projects
Responsible for communication and enforcement of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Have worked at a Automotive manufacturing plant
Six-Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Shanin Problem Solving certification
TS16949 auditor certification
Minimum 10 years of work experience, minimum 2 years in automotive industry
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Automotive customer facing experience
Worked in a large, global Tier 1 supplier with matrix reporting structure
Experience in creating and training quality tools and techniques
Experience in creating forms and tracking matrixes
Specific functional competenticies
1. Demonstrable skills in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Experience in using online systems and tools like SAP, MFG Pro, Sharepoint etc.
3. Formal training and practitioner of AIAG core tools ? APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
4. Experience in automotive launch
5. Experience with change management
6. Ability to read drawings and GD&T of machined components in chassis/powertrain commodity
7. Experience in working with global suppliers without regard to time zones.
8. Be mindful of cultures and language skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
