About The Opportunity
What you?ll do
Role Purpose
To facilitate and maintain the GKN Driveline QMS Work Instructions, QMS Record Retention Processes / Internal Auditor and function as a PTR Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain Quality Work Instructions and Record Retention Processes.
Assist in creation and maintance of schedules for process, product and quality system audits.
Perform process and quality system audits per schedule.
Assist in coordination of the Internal Audit process with the Quality Systems Manager.
Assist Quality Systems Manager in coordinating and organizing necessary quality related training.
Assist employees in generating/revising work instructions.
Administer QMS Orientation Class(es) with new hires.
Coordinate Layered Process Assessment scheduling, maintenance and corrective action response.
Assist in the implementation and certification to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016.
Production Trial Run (PTR) Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning PTRs for in-house changes or purchased parts in order to meet the target dates per the change management schedule.
Coordinate Part Number changes and manage breakpoint log after change implementation.
Get the PTRs scheduled on the respective assembly line by coordinating different departments to ensure streamlined flow of the PTR material.
Receive and contain the PTR samples shipped by the suppliers by coordinating with SQEs.
Ensure material availability for assembly per the PTR assembly schedule.
Comply with customer ?tagging? requirements for the PTR boxes/dunnage.
Ship PTR samples to customer sites as directed by Sr. QE / QE.
Coordinate the build and shipment of validation samples.
About you
Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business or Technical area
Ability to organize, plan and accept additional responsibilities without direct supervision.
Professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively lead and perform process and quality system audits.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and related computer programs
Preferred Qualifications:
ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
