Key responsibilities :
- Project Management:
Oversee facility projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. - Lead Technical Resource:
Strive to become the go-to expert for operational machinery, offering insights and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. - Continuous Improvement:
Lead or assist in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and optimizing processes. - Contractor Management:
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specific maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality execution of work. - Maintenance Standards:
Establish and maintain maintenance standards, developing long-term maintenance programs to meet organizational goals. - Support Production Departments:
Collaborate with production departments to identify and address machinery and infrastructure issues, keeping operations running smoothly. - Facility Information Management:
Compile and maintain accurate information on plant facilities, facilitating informed decision-making. - Capital Project Management:
Take the lead in constructing new facilities or implementing significant long-term improvements to existing ones. - Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):
Implement proactive and preventative maintenance strategies to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability.
Your
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.
- Extensive engineering experience and knowledge within MRO will be considered in lieu of formal education.
