Summary:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, tasked with hand packing paper products, stacking them on pallets, and ensuring they're ready for shipment. This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work! What We Are Looking For:
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs Strong teamwork skills Willingness to take direction and feedback positively Excellent attendance and punctuality Proficiency in reading standard and metric tape measures Ability to safely use tools and equipment in the converting operation What You Will Be Doing:
Inspect and document materials, products, and packaging to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a safe and orderly work area and equipment Stack products on pallets according to specifications Ensure proper labeling, roll placement, and carton sealing Safely operate bailing equipment for waste disposal Willingness to work overtime when necessary Physical Requirements:
