We are looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Technical Support person to join our growing team in Newton, NC.
The Tech Support person will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, providing a high level of technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting audio issues.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, video conferencing, email, or in person to provide support and information on various products.
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots audio issues.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintains records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Recommends other possible products to meet customers' needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Good understanding of 12 volt technology Hands on knowledge of system installation components, installation techniques, and electrical wiring.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, various products and markets.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience required.
Relevant Electronics Technical Support experience in related field required Job Type:
