Understand lock out/ tag out proceduresKeep machine and work area clean and organizedPerform specific safety procedures on equipment safety in cell/line/dept.
/plantReport safety issuesMeet or exceed department safety goalsWear personal protective equipmentMeet or exceed Cell and Department quality and Plant goalsUnderstand / document all quality requirements per processMaster all process gaugingIdentify / segregate discrepant materialDocument and maintain DMR areasRead and interpret all charts, print outs and pre opsPerform 1st piece inspection using setup verification sheetRead and interpret standardized work / process plansUse computer equipment to enter and receive dataReport maintenance problems using the work order SystemUnderstand, document and maintain maintenance and pre-op checklistUnderstand and verify machine verification log / daily checksUse FIFO and visual floor management at each processMeet or exceed daily production goal / scheduleAdjust machine settings and troubleshooting-as applicableApply statistical methods-as requiredApply tooling requirements, sheets, life standards, changes and off-setsOperate/inspect Hoist-if applicablePerform autonomous maintenance-if applicableRework, scrap and non-conforming material process-as requiredRotate to other cells-if applicableParticipate in team meetingsPromote a teamwork environmentSupport team (active and constructive role)Understand dept.
responsibilities and rolesMonitor tool life, notify supervisor/process engineer of issues and / or missed goalsModify CNC programs for 2 technologiesCommunicate effectively at shift changeCommunicate effectively with team and supervisorUnderstand department responsibilities and roleUnderstand and maintain hourly production boardsTrain in principle skills ( LELC )Understand, apply and react to SPC measurementsConfirm all shop order confirmations in SAPUnderstand and perform packing as requiredComply with assigned work schedule Recommended Skills Cell Biology Communication Computer Equipment Maintenance Packaging And Processing Duties Personal Protective Equipment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
