We are unloading boxes of furniture including chairs, tables, stands, case goods, and accessories by hand onto a pallet that when full, is staged on the dock and then taken away by a forklift operator while the next pallet is being completed.
You aren't scanning anything or tracking inventory with a computer.
We are just unloading and sorting these boxes as fast and as accurately as possible.
Pay:
Paid per trailer unloaded (No limit, usually 2-3 trailers per person).
On average $120-$200 per day or $15-$25 per hour.
The faster and harder you work, the more money you make.
Note:
other hourly work will usually be available when container availability is low.
Schedule:
Friday - Sunday, 6:
30AM - 7:
00PM.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 80LBS.
(some products require 2 person lift) Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
