4K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago DATA ENTRY CLERK The Data Entry Clerk will enter data from the Lane Venture division from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes.
Responsibilities to include:
Receives and processes Lane Venture orders Will reach out to dealers with any questions in regards to orders and follow up Stay up to date with sales, discounts and sale periods Communicate with the customer service team and sales reps Assist with answering the phone on status updates for orders Run reporting as needed Obtain further information for incomplete documents Check completed work for accuracy Respond to requests for information and access relevant files Print information as needed Qualifications/Skills Prior data entry experience in furniture preferred Microsoft Excel, AS400, JDE software processing knowledge preferred Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business related field preferred) Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times Ability to communicate effectively with management Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
