Production Supervisor Position Details Maintains cleanliness and tidiness in the facility.
Education and Experience Requirements High School or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to perform work sitting or standing; manual dexterity to complete tasks required by position.
3.
Visual acuity and verbal communications skills.
4.
Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Operate Baler Machine safety and efficiently.
2.
Maintain cleanliness on the production floor; sweep, clean glass areas, clean production floor restrooms and breakrooms.
3.
Maintain paint and ensure that scuffs are taken care of.
4.
Keep parking lot and exterior clean and tidy.
5.
Fill in as needed for breaks in some production areas.
6.
Operate forklift to ensure trash hoppers to remain empty.
7.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Company safety rules and regulations.
8.
Adhere to Company policy and procedure.
9.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function of this position.
10.
Other duties, as assigned.
