We are a small family business looking for a self-motivated, friendly, entrepreneurial spirited person ready to engage in a fun journey.
Job functions:
Respect for food/beverage safety and ability to learn and apply food safety protocols.
Ability to be a positive influence and lead other staff, to uphold the standards of the shop, support the other staff and feel supported.
Oversee daily operations of the shop, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Help develop and implement strategies for success.
Train, supervise and manage shop staff.
Maintain and keep a clean environment.
Ability to explain our products, customization options, and promotions when available.
Qualifications:
Food service experience preferred, but not required.
Prior customer service experience.
Punctuality and reliability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize hygiene and personal presentation.
Ability to lift/carry up to and over 30lbs.
Ability to clean the shop's premises in its entirety, including restrooms and outdoor guest areas.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Accountable Have great judgement, common sense, and be skillful interpersonally.
