We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Process customer returns and exchanges - Meet sales goals and targets set by the management team
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) terminals - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
