As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our business.
Duties - Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment - Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders or invoices - Inspect shipments for damages or defects - Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping labels - Utilize our system for warehouse management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
